About Use Your German Online German Courses & Speaking Lessons

Use Your German is an online German language school for adults who want to understand German, speak it confidently and use it in real life.

We offer live online German courses, small-group classes, private German lessons and exam preparation for learners at different stages of their German journey. Whether you are starting German from the beginning, preparing for a language exam, improving your speaking skills or trying to turn the German you already understand into German you can actually use, our courses are designed around practical progress.

How we teach

Our teaching follows a simple principle: Understand. Practise. Review.

Instead of teaching grammar as isolated theory, we identify what is preventing each learner from communicating effectively, explain the missing language clearly and then practise it through active use. Lessons focus on speaking, sentence building, vocabulary, pronunciation, listening and the grammar needed for real communication.

  1. Understand

We identify what is stopping you from communicating effectively and explain the missing language clearly.

  2. Practise

You put it to work straight away, through active use: speaking, building sentences, listening.

  3. Review

Personalised feedback and post-lesson review materials, so what you practised stays with you.

Mohamed Soliman

  • Licensed telc examiner & rater (A1–C2)

Courses are taught by Mohamed Soliman, a licensed telc examiner and rater for levels A1 to C2, with experience teaching international adult learners online.

Mohamed Soliman teaches every Use Your German course himself, live on Zoom and in small groups of at most eight. As a licensed telc examiner and rater for every level from A1 to C2, he knows exactly what the exam asks of you — and builds each course around speaking, so that what you understand becomes what you can say.
